Earth has been our home for thousands of millions of years,

It had the perfect heat,

It gave us water, food, and shelter,

It keeps us alive,

Even today we live and strive,

Earth has been our hero, our home,

But how do we thank it?

We take it down,

We break trees,

We kill many of the animals now extinct,

We use deadly weapons to fight each other,

The world is polluted,

The air, the water.

But it is not over yet.

We can recreate Earth,

Plant trees,

We can reduce the amount of trash in our waters,

Then we can add recyclables and compostables,

We can be a hero,

Our own superhero,

We can be the Hero of our Hero.
